Both Session Campers: Sleep In & Snooze! Meet at Gathering Place at 9:45am. Do NOT go to Welcome Meeting. (New roommates moving in 7:30–8:30am)
Dorm Check-In Session 2 — Parents welcome to move child in after check-in. Child must be back at Wes Watkins by 8:45am.

🔒 NO-ONE is to leave their doors unlocked when you're not in your room and all bedroom doors must be locked at lights out!! — NOTE: Girls, your living room doors are NEVER to be shut and must always be propped open.

Important Notes
Session 1 check-in: Mon June 15, 7–8:45am. Session 2 check-in: Thu June 18, 7–8:45am. Welcome Meeting at 9am — parents, coaches & youth must attend.
All campers inside dorms by 9:30pm. In own rooms by 10pm. Lights out 10:30pm. Swipe card at door to check in.
Mandatory Overtime Session every evening 7–8pm at Wes Watkins. Travel with Team Leaders at 6:45pm.
Session 1 ends Wed June 17 at 12pm. Session 2 ends Sat June 20 at 12pm. All off OSU grounds by 1:30pm — no exceptions.
Room keys MUST be turned in at check-out. $100 fee if not returned. Leave door open when ready for room inspection.
Commuters go with Team Leader or parents may drop off at Gathering Place after the 9am Welcome Meeting.
